Whether it’s the comfort of knowing that all your food service needs will be met, the convenience of arriving to a fully assembled camp site, or the peace of mind knowing you have a local support system in a foreign country, our devoted staff is always there to help you with your mission trip efforts.
Our Food Service includes a variety of hearty meals and drinks to keep you going throughout your trip. We serve continental and hot breakfasts every morning, sandwiches and snacks for lunch, and hearty dinners after a long day of serving. Nightly campfire snacks are provided and hot and cold beverages are always available.
In addition to all your group’s food and beverage needs, Baja Cooks can provide all your group’s tent accommodations. We will setup all your tents prior to your arrival and break them all down following your departure. Each tent comes with 2″ thick sleeping cushions. Get a Quote
The following per person rates are for our services at Amor Ministries La Hacienda Camp. Rates for all other trips are determined on location, length of stay, number of people and the number of meals served. Please contact us for details or send us a proposal request.

Rates are for the services provided by Baja Cooks and does not include any participation fees charged by Amor Ministries and/or any other organizations you are working with.
Rates are for arrival day dinner through departure day breakfast. Arrival and/or departure day lunches can be added for $10 per person.
We can serve groups of 15 to 1000 participants. A total minimum cost applies for all trips outside Amor Ministries main camp in Tijuana and are determined on a number of factors. Please contact us for details.
A $100 non-refundable registration fee is due at time of booking to secure your dates with Baja Cooks. Full payment is due no later than 3 weeks prior to the beginning your mission trip. A 3% processing fee will be added for all credit card transactions.
In order to meet commitments to our local staff and local food vendors, we ask that you give us a 3-week notice if your group needs to cancel our services for any reason. If cancellation occurs one to three weeks (7-21 days) prior to your trip there will be a 15% cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs less than one week (7 days) prior to your trip there will be a 25% cancellation fee.
If Baja Cooks, Amor Ministries, or any other organization you are working with determines that an evacuation from the premises is necessary due to environmental conditions, a pro-rated schedule will be established to apply a refund. Any group, however, who voluntarily chooses to leave prior to their agreed upon departure date will not receive a refund or credit for their early departure.
